Using the service and your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure — anyone with access to it can act on your account, place orders, and use your loyalty points.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Items, prices and availability can change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — and will refund any amount already paid online.

Payment

You can pay online by card through our payment gateway, or by cash or card on arrival where that option is offered.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For delivery, you must provide an address we can reach and a phone number that is reachable during delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or dispute an order, contact the store. Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method.

Loyalty points, rewards and promo codes

Points, rewards and promo codes have no cash value and are not transferable. Unless stated otherwise, each code may be used once. We may change or end any loyalty program or promo code, and may cancel points, rewards or codes that were obtained through misuse.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, no abusing promo or referral codes, no interfering with the site or other customers.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

What we collect

Your phone number and name; delivery addresses and map location; your order history; your loyalty activity (points, rewards, games); device and usage events on the site (like pages viewed and searches); and an approximate city/country derived from your connection.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your orders, send sign-in codes, run the loyalty program, send you service messages, improve the site, and measure the performance of our advertising.

Who we share it with

Our delivery partner, our payment gateway, and our SMS/WhatsApp sign-in providers, each only with what they need to do their part.

This site uses Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and other social media pixels to measure the performance of our ads. When you place an order we may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your phone number and the order value with these platforms for ad measurement.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to remember your language, your cart, your sign-in, which campaign brought you here, and to support the ad pixels described above.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention needs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting info@sandeh.qa.
